The last time this happened it was a speeding ticket.
IMO since there was a jump in price before the trading pause it will be a speeding ticket, doesn't make sense for random people to learn about NOPTA approval before it is announced, it is extremely sensitive information.
If it was a trading halt out of the blue then yeah PEP-11 no doubt, but I expect 'Response to ASX price and volume query' tomorrow lol.
