The proposed roasting route is unproven.
Many processing plants exist that cost>$300M and make money. One is currently approved and under design for Greenbushes spodumene (~$400M).
They are not hypothetical, but based on the study which has only some assumptions as does the PFS.
Just for your info. The EMH roaster will be at least 3x bigger than the Greenbushes roaster...
