Thanks Merle, just been going over past threads to make some sense of this one, in one of your posts you come up with 43% or 526 mill shares Jijin have now, so I worked out they need about another 100 mill to have 51% out of the 370 mill left that are not owned by Jijin, taking into account the 26% of the project owned by BEE. So will they only buy the 100 mill they need (say at 30c that's only 30mil) or will they make a takeover for the lot. Have I got it right now? Thanks
