RE-ZONING of land for multistorey apartments has that affect on suburban land not just cashed up Asians.
However imo if it was not for Asian money coming into the general economy, it would be very flat and look so depressed that no aussie would be too keen to buy cheap houses even at $500,000 ... the China infrastructure Bank the ALP wants to get involved in might really be a back door lender to more Asians to buy all of the prime bits of Australia? Do you really trust foreign bankers like the ALP & Bill Shorten does?
