"Who would benefit from these negative comments?"

Constructive Negative Comments are the most valuable to any investor or would be investor of any stock.

We are constantly waylaid by flattering reports of no real substance by company's spinners. We are further boasted to by holders, either deceived by this spin, or use this spin to further their own cause. And finally, human nature tells us how good we are in choosing this stock.

Constructive Negative Comments if used correctly is the more important. Everything in buying a stock is levered to the positive, well with any stock trade,or investment, it's a matter of balancing risk against reward. Rewarding comments are everywhere, the few balancing risk comments, if correct, are worth their weight in gold.

My suggestion: Don' dismiss any comment, (except, of course, the one's such as goblin and others who right contiually for their own gratification) that you don't agree with, without giving it serious thought.

DIS: I'm currently out of COE and hope to get back in further down the track, at lower prices
