re: kellymm i think: claws i fail to see claws why you would think one director would lend another director $106k to spend on their own personal things.
I would not lend that to my co directors in my own company, you cant use shareholder funds for it.
If another director had a lazy $106 k lying around to lend so he could keep all his shares then you would be asking why that director wasnt fully invested in COE with their spare $106k.
In the real world we need money and others are not going to lend it to you so you can double your money in the sharemarket.
