    The manipulators have always been at it for as long as the mkts exists- more so with Central Banks unlimited supply of FIAT MONEY
    The exchanges are into it.. the big finance companies are in it. The regulators are part of theproblem.

    Look at the latest scandal (front running HFT bots) involving Robin(g)Hood's trading platform - they will be fine $10M probably & it's business as usual.
    Ohh look - a commissionless trading platform for the moms & pops & high school students. what's not-to-like..


    don't expect to see real price discovery any time soon.

    Silver at $40 - I 'd like to see that..
