The FAS original deal was a sham, the existing FAS is Ham and the new FAS will be Spam.
FAS so far has achieved two great achievements.
1. It raised 20 million in the original float on hot air and rabbit poop.
2. It managed to get a large number of loyal shareholders of GWR (an iron ore discoveror) to convert their shares from GWR to FAS. In retrospect Why would anyone do that?
The only other achievements have been to pay KR 400k p.a (reducing) and to give his sons 500,000 options each.
