The decision to delay the construction of stage 2 is a good one imo. Rather than force more SC6 into the market that's already oversupplied it makes more sense to try and secure a partner for additional LiOH participation. The recovery rate is a worry but it should be resolved in time. What is and will remain paramount is that PLS produces a decent raw material (hopefully consistent) that converts into a battery grade chemical.
