Everything has a cost and both policies are clear. The labor Govt will charge the largest polluters,they will pass on the extra costs to the consumers.The Govt will pay the household in the large part an adequate amount to cover these increases. The liberal party will pick projects to fund or subsidise they believe will have greatest results in lowering emissions.They will then charge taxpayers a levy to cover the costs of these projects.
