Good luck getting ASIC to dish out some Karma. I complained about Ken and the missing millions and they came back and said there is nothing to charge him with. They did say the administrators were at liberty to disclose any wrong doings when the company is wound up or relisted but I have no knowledge of if there has been any more info sent to ASIC for perusal. Just what is the difference between Firepower, Christopher Skases dealings and ETH.? I am unsure myself. We have heard nothing about moving forward except maybe not the best deal for shareholders getting up under dodgy circumstances.
