    Sydney - Monday - June 23: (RWE Aust Business News) - Ken Talbot has resigned from the Macarthur Coal (ASX:MCC) board.

    Mr Talbot, who holds 19.76 per cent of the shares in the company, has advised he is resigning in the company's best interest.

    It will allow him greater flexibility to deal with his remaining stake in the company.

    Maybe it is a good news to RIV holders.
