You really do sound like a broken record here and keep trying to push the agenda that somehow Clee is to blame for all the fraud and shennanigans within IOU. Yes Clee was involved with Dunlop. He was involved in regards to being approaced to do a $50M CR and Clee was given the impression Dunlop was the broker for the deal. Yes Clee made money from the CR - $3.5 million. It was a business transaction and all above board. That was Clee's only dealing with Dunlop, unlike Aaron and Kenneth. Clee's fee for the raising was $3.5M and was then supposed to also get 15M oppies at $1. IOU somehow mangaed to "forget" to table this for the AGM and they were never voted on, so Clee didn't get what was part of his contract. For him to then ask for his options was his right.

Other than the above, there are no other dealings. Clee is not part of the daily running of IOU. His next involvement was in regards to the 249D. He represented the block of shareholders who put this forward (which he had every right to do) and he stayed with it until the 249D was voted on - and the new BOD was elected. After this, it was David Halliday who took PWC to court. Had nothing to do with Clee and nor does any of the runnings of IOU currently have anything to do with Clee. It is now David, Greg and Mohammed who run the show.

You really are getting tiresome with the narrative you keep running. You make it sound like Clee did all the fraud within IOU. He did a CR, got paid for it, represented shareholders on a 249D and that is it. The rest - the $19M in dodgy loans, payments to Piminik and its other holdings, payments to Kenneth's wife and sister-in-law, payments to other entities, suspect loan to Aaron, etc - that is all Kenneth, Aaron and Dunlop - so please stop with this Clee narrative
