It's very straightforward if you think about it.
The action of going to Clee makes you wonder if Ken is innocent, and Aaron is guilty. It makes you wonder if the accusations made by the company about Ken are correct and true. What fraud has he uncovered? Read his affidavit. It basically says that Aaron fired everyone to take control of the company. It doesn't address anything with the exception that AD might have been telling Aaron what to do.
And the worst thing he can point at is Aarons loan from Piminik. That is a LOAN. Piminik is owed that money back. It's Aarons signature right there on paper.
