OK, now time for the connections between Ken's friends and family, IOUpay, and Anthony Dunlop and his related business entities.
It's kind of difficult to explain the connections, so firstly, Dunlop operates in both Malaysia and Singapore.
Piminik has two entities in Malaysia - Piminik Capital sdn bhd - and one one Singapore - Piminik investment Holdings pte ltd.
Some of the ASX announcements mix these up. I will be accurate, just be aware that some of this information may conflict with the affidavits and asx announcements for this reason.
Hard to structure all of this in general, but since the last 2 posts are about Ken's family, well polish it off with his sister, Krystine Kuan Phui Yii.
This one is kind of tough to follow.
As per Kenneths own affidavit, she was at one point the director and major shareholder in Piminik Investment Holdings pte ltd
She is also the director and founder of a company in SG, "Geckopay holdings pte ltd"

Geckopay Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is an Anthony Dunlop controlled company - it used to be called "ADP capital"

The company is partially owned by Piminik Capital, as you can see.
Obviously there is no direct connection between Geckopay in SG and AD, but it seems a little too convenient to be a coincidence.
Finally, up until the new directors took over, Krystine was also a director of Arte Mobile with Aaron.
It's interesting that Ken tries to throw Aaron under the bus with a Piminik report showing AD's name (totally neglecting his own sister!), and Aaron tries to throw Ken under the bus by revealing that his sister is a director of Piminik.
And neither mentioned that she was a director of an IOUpay subsidiary for a really, really long time!
It may not be immediately obvious what I'm getting at, but I don't believe Krystine did anything at all directly wrong. I will get to this further, but it appears as I look that Mr Dunlop gives people control of entities to make them exist, and eventually takes them over himself. All of Krystines shares in Piminik SG were transferred to him in January 2022. I don't think she founded the company and then Anthony bought it from her. This is of course my opinion.
