As we draw closer to the AGM, another appropriate time arrives for Mr.G to remove more dead wood from the GIP board.

My reasoning is not simply because of his positions with the failed Ark Fund & Rewards Group ( not a good look for any banker or financier checking out the capabilities of board members, a BIG negative )when the Company has flagged potential AD project finance go ahead later this year (29/7). (Yes we have heard that before, but I do place more faith in Noah's Rule & Mr.G than the years of spin from JT.)

The crunch for us all should be the past Annual Reports, names, qualifications, experience of directors.

Reading the above you would conclude a person of such skill would have nailed finance or JV of AD years ago.

Time is up !! To be on the board 12 years with the above qualifications & for AD to be where it is today 10 years after acquisition is a big FAIL for me.

Mr. G, get rid of the dead wood & get some more clout (fresh blood) onto the board.
