I concure - GIP needs to make BoD change here as Kenny's contribution and track record is far from impressive.
It seems that Kenny does not have a contract with Gippsland as the 2011 Annual Report (page 7) states:
"Remuneration: $40,000 per annum.
Details of remuneration entitlement on termination:
Payment of fees up to the date of termination."
Kenny's termination could therefore be quick and financially painless for GIP.
