To whom it may concern , On a social Media page a keno advert read, play anytime anywhere , so I download the app thinking I could play keno at home,i opened an account and deposited $20 to test it , after trying to purchase a ticket I found out you had to be at a venue, so I went to a local club which had keno only again to be disappointed .. anyhow I've found out its limited to certain venues at the moment .
So I tried to withdraw the $20 but couldn't because the money had to be played first.
i also noticed others complaining similar to Me on the apps review section on iOS AppStore
I think the advert was very misleading and will be seeking legal advise
