First the Kentgrove letter to shareholders almost precisely echoes the message I sent to management prior to the AGM, which I posted here. I think you have to be insane as a shareholder to vote against the Kentgrove initiative.

I've also contacted Kentgrove and I'll try to talk to them by phone in the coming days. The one resolution I didn't like was appointing Worner to the BOD. He is "B team" at best. It's not a deal breaker for me (certainly compared to the behavior of management).

I've gone out of my way to force my broker to register my vote with the ASX. It's more difficult to do as a US based investor.

I'm hopeful this can be a new start with sane policies for NGE and I encourage you to vote FOR the Kentgrove initiative.
