    Just to clarify

    Oil and Gas producers composite on the LSE is down 1% so far today and Tullow is up 1.5%

    The upswing in Tullow appears to be because they had a +ve announcement relating to refinancing of a loan in Norway. So nothing to do with 12B.

    But nonetheless.
