STB ann today that Eritrean government will have 50% profit free carry for their potash site. STB sp was down about 35%. Kenya gov asking for 30%, BSE sp was down 50% last week. it's obviously over reaction from the market, or indeed manipulation from top 20 as they anyway will be down 25-30%, why not just get some more chips from feared mums and dads.
from my point of view, if Kenya govenment can facilitate all the finance, infrustructure, and etc, a free carry deal of 10-15% will still see sp back to 40s.
