i hear what you are saying however i personlly think the downstream model is relatively limited for the miners.
PDN have invested significant cash in a marketing arm, however this is dostinct from enrichment which is where CAMECO end up.
Commercial enrichment facilities are typically historic and are ONLY located in US/France/UK and Japan.
i cant see any of the current crop of emerging miners going or being able to go that far as the IEA wouldnt have a bar of it.
i could be wrong however but its a pretty big leap.
