Thats what intrigues me about the 20% ... They WILL HAVE to sell their 20% by early next year at BFS time & director approval to go ahead ... OR, they need to pay up 20% toward exploration & development. That WONT happen period!
So it would not surprise me in the least to find out that the two holders of the 20% have been themselves "courting" interest from potential suitors.
They will want much more than $1 for their shares. IMO they could ask about $2.00 per shares, and would easily get it. And yes it is legal to ask for more ... its called free trade.
40 million shares x $2.00 = $80 mill
Although they would have liked more ... Its still not too shabby.
We are going to have a very exciting next 6 months.
