my biggest issue with DC is his remuneration. - His base pay is too high for a small cash & cap company - Bonus calculated without including share price performance is a massive red flag - And bonus hurdle including a revenue target (from caesium ) that he knew was a sure bet, but had failed to clarify with shareholders before the board set the target. Not good
DC needs to move on, or seriously get cracking on clarifying strategy, priority and outcomes. Better communication.
I will I’ll be voting no confidence at next AGM. And am a top 20 holder
I think PIO without DC is a good buy for people looking to get exploration exposure. exploration prospects for the size of market cap is very good.
