As we all know there is a potential for there to be litigation against the directors. The administrators are currently in negotiations with the insurers of the directors to hopefully work out a settlement.
With that though, we as shareholders have been asked to identify which misleading statements by the company we relied on in either purchasing or retaining the shares we hold.
Are there any particular statements that everyone is relying on? I have submitted mine with general information and have been asked to specifically identify the representations by the administrator. There is obviously a particular statement that the administrators have in mind. Does anyone know which statement this may have been?
Cheers,
Ben
