I personally have some concerns about the performance & actions of the administrator.

I have a friend doing some provisional legal work for me both in regard to the adminstrator and obviously the company.

I don't think you will see the administrator getting you any money back, you might have noticed the current expenditure on these guys and you don't need to be a genius that the longer this goes on the more money they make.

The DOCA is not going to be a particularly good outcome, they should have used the time and money to acquire legal representation and go after the directors.
