By Santos delaying the seismic until after the drills (October maybe) or especially next year, point to no exploration plans until 2021?
Doesn't seem like much time to scan, process, study, decide and book rigs.

Or could they be looking back at Mensa, Roc satellities directiion next year?

Surely if they are selling down they would love a few more hits before handing anything over.

On a seperate but related thought, i am very curious on why it takes an experienced oil company so many times to re-submit a seismic work proposal. I would think they know what needs to be written. They weren't alone. Every proposal i looked at was re-submitted at least once.
