just wondering how much risk does a major really take when they quite often take over projects that were built from the ground up by others - we know it as consolidation
O/S investors mainly put in capital to expand on quantifiable exsisting projects - thereby, funds etc, narrow down their risk by not putting real money into specs - that's left up to mugs like us
