kerry o brien roasts rudd on 730 report, page-82

I have just seen a clip of the alleged "outburst" on the 7.30 Report.

One of two things is happening here.

Either:

a. The "string pullers" have advised Rudd that he has to look more "real", so go ahead and have a show of emotion every now and then. Fair suck of the sauce bottle....mate!!!! or.

b. You just saw a bit of what Kevin Rudd is really like. eg. Loses control quickly when things don't go his way. Probably didn't expect a grilling from Kerry O'Brien, but I didn't expect that from Kerry either.

I suspect that the answer is "b".

This would also explain the high turnover of staff in his office, and the need for him to allocate a further $12M for additional staff in his office, probably to cover for the expected and anticipated continual turnover.
