if Australia wants to lose racism - the best way would be to form a republic- make it illegal to count race, ask for race, mention race, identify race, choose by race etc. and govern by equality by location
dump the states. Have sections or departments- and if there’s a housing crisis in Section 50 - go build houses.
If there’s a crime crisis - resource it - identify, find out why, formulate and apply, measure results
Laws are the same for everyone, everywhere. A section can have short term exceptions- but they should be seen as exceptional
