I guess the efficiency factor is very important, EMR did not run the mines efficiently, if there is any hidden intrinsic value which is not visible to retails at this point in time, I am pretty sure is a "B" is involved to the cost, best of best minds will be put on due diligence, its all assumptions for now ..
