Yeah I eat about 6-8 pieces of fruit per day. Some people reckon that’s unhealthy but they will eat a snickers or some other crap. Everything you eat has an opportunity cost, so best to load up on the foods that have the most vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fibre etc It’s just handy they happen to be some of tastiest foods too, almost like we have evolved to eat them?
