Well on my 5th try...lol First time I used it ended up cooking in oven as I did a stupid thing (closed vents to keep heat in) Second try went out half way through, unsure why... 3rd attempt I used it as a grill (and will do the same in future) 4th attempt bought 2 can holders to do beer can chicken, prepared everything only to realise that the lit wont close the chickens standing up are too high.... tonight, a roast porterhouse, garlic mushrooms, carrots, corn on the cob and potatoes in jackets... seems to be ok, havent eaten yet, but the amout of times to adjust vents to get temp correct, and move things around, I feel I have no control.. 1 beer, 1 bottle of wine and I have t eaten yet, only want to throw it into the scrap metal pile
