If we are going to see a change why not Stephen Smith as leader, he's moderate (IMO) well spoken, just a politician, had his ups and downs, he looks good, I don't see him as radical like most of the ALP's front bench, bit like Simon Crean, but really hope they stick with their radicals, the public hate them and I want to see them punished for what they have done to this country on election day.
