i've noticed Howard getting a bit of press lately with 911 anniversary and some comments on terrorism - then i notice Rudd coming out and talking about terrorism and the dangers of complacency and it just seems Howards number one fan Rudd knows his best chance at popularity is mimmicking Howard's every move.
