    Nice conversing going on, very civil.

    Just want to know Ota's opinion on the free shares. I do not think it is a great practice, but do ask the question that surely free shares are not worth anything unless the company performs and has a grand plan. This means they all want the company to perform so they actually see the reward, this must certainly outweigh the director fees etc. We would be talking millions upon millions not just 500k odd per year?

    Thoughts please?
