Understanding that Australia is a collection states, the next Government may get the opportunity to relay to the people a better explanation of tax dollars distribution.

Some of them do move north. They sell their houses down south for high prices, > a million, relocate to our areas, purchase properties for $300 - $500k, renovate and push prices past a $million, sell and move on. etc. etc. They only relocate to areas property prices increase, and only stay about 10 years.(the smart ones).
