If there's anything that gives me less joy or reliable insights than reading Andrew Bolt's columns its reading regurgitations thereof.
I find it more informative to read what the courts have to say about Bolt's journalism. I also admit to looking forward to what Kevin Rudd's memoirs confer on his contributions to Australian journalism.
Re your comment that Alan Jones has reported problems with our submarine fleet etc - does Jones consider that to be news?
Isn't everyone aware of a decade of bungling of purchasing by Defence under the Howard Govt. which Joel Fitzgibbon could not contain & which prompted Kevin Rudd to send in John Faulkner?
Isn't everyone aware that after a decade of fighting the wars John Howard committed us to in Afghanistan & Iraq that our naval fleet & some of our military hardware is clapped out?
