Wow I had not seen the report from dr J Mendoza.

Dr John Mendoza, the former Chief Executive of the Mental Health Council and of the Australian Sports Drug Agency, told Adelaide radio than in his opinion Kevin Rudd was a sociopath.
In support of the good doctor I had a look at the definition of sociopath, very interesting and in my non medical opinion he does fit the description.
