You are right on the money, Businesses would be in trouble trying to hold Gst for a Year, also this stupid proposal gives your Accountant more reason to charge more for lodging Bas. It will be 1/4ly Cost x 4 + ? = more.
Einstein, you have no idea, what happens to any major expenditures that occur during a 1/4 that exceeds sales Gst owed?
This would mean that the Business has to wait a year to get there Credit back also putting further pressure on Businesses.
