Ownership of the asset (i.e. who wins the asset equity sale) determines who are entitled to the offtake, not the other way around, I would have thought.
The 2 are interwined.
If that is very advanced, (IMO) then expect the EPC (incorrectly seen by some as the driver of events) decision MUCH SOONER (the horse after the cart).
The manipulation is annoying to some but it just shows how big the stakes are.
(IMO) the market will probably not see another Sundance (in terms of it's unique circumstances which are still misunderstood by so many - a godsend for the manipulators) again ever.
