    How unprofessional, insulting and inappropriate. What is a 'welfare child'?

    Alternative: Affinity are working collaboratively with a local family support agency and are delighted to have been the centre of choice, for the children of the agency's clients.

    Time to spend some of that Professional Development Funding.
