good point re: social distancing and need for apps like TNY. However on the flipside more people have discovered solutions such as Zoom, Blue Jeans, WhatsApp groups and the like to keep in touch - and families might just be using those as alternatives (example: "I can share my child's photo to my family WhatsApp group" ). TNY is going to have to innovate and be 10x better with user experience to keep that word of mouth referral strong and convince users to stay.
