much appreciated info on timing

does the outstanding cumulative coupon interest on gtpgb due 30 april have to be included in 2008/2009 tax return as assessable income if not received pre 30 june 2009,
and
what if it is not received at all and later becomes a bad debt.

gtpga noteholders do not have to consider this as coupons are non-cumulative.
