1. Glen Fozard's performance based options expiry date.
Glen Fozard took options as share based payments. 15 million performance based options!!
Refer to page 15 of the financial statements.
The first 2 million of Fozard's options expire on 31 January 2016 with an exercise price of 3 cents.
The Foz has his balls on the line too ... 2 mill performance based options will not vest unless the SP is 3cents by next week!!
