A timely thread to Bump as we head into Q2 of 2016 and closer to the first key deliverable of the TPA.

Key dates to monitor as follows:

1. 27 April 2016 - Fast Finance Loan balance of $300,000 payable either in cash or equity

2. 30 June 2016 - Foz has another 2m options set to expire with an exercise price of 3.5 cents.

3. June 2016 - TEF Study to expected to be completed which is the deliverable under the Tripartite Agreement

4. 31 July 2017 - ESIOA (0.9c exercise price) and ESIOB (1.5c exercise price) expiry date

Also, there hasn't been any new release on how ESI are progressing with local opportunities, in particular Bachus Marsh and the Victorian Fuel Supply opportunity.

Please add any key dates that I've missed. As we approach these key dates I expect to see volume increase prior to announcements.

Great to see recent interviews of Ash Moore being released to the public and the attendance the recent ASX session.

India & Clean Coal technologies continue to trend heavily and I still believe we are placed in the sweat spot of the world's next emerging market with two disruptive technologies.


On a side note - it doesn't seem that Foz ever received those performance shares of 2m. I checked the App 3Bs issued subsequent to the expiry day.

Good to see some of the LTs still posting on this thread and I hope those LTs who have contributed so much over the last 4 years.
