The companies vying for the SA tender need 6 months to ensure they'll be ready by 1 dec as promised by the SA govt. That means that they need to know by mid next week. By then the govt would have taken 2 months to decide - 1/3 the time to actually build the bloody thing! And remember, that's not from a standing start- they were talking with companies, including CCE, prior to the tender. That doesn't mean they will announce it next week - but they need to get their act together.

I'm not holding my breath, given the subdued SP. If CCE were a genuine chance for the SA tender you'd think there'd be more activity by this stage.
