Very true. We're talking about the 8th April. Stock closed at 11c - high of day - and opened at 11.5c - low of day. Contention is whether a one step rise represents a gap or not. I believe its not but my research on Internet is inconclusive as all examples of gaps I can find show a definitive multi-step gap, and definitions of gaps can be open to interpretation.
