no damage is being done, are you onsite? are they ready to drill? you dont know any answers to that

the company can only relay what they know, they don't run the Timor government, and their hands are tied

i am not concerned in the slightest, yes its frustrating but if you spoke to the company and did your research then these up and down moods your having would even out.
