This isn’t some forum mood swing — it’s a real-world consequence that affects timelines, deliverables, and shareholder value.

You say "the company can only relay what they know, but they've known about this permitting issue for 6 months, and still chose to mobilise. And now we’re looking at going into the Tokyo IMnI conference with no core, no visuals, and no progress to show — an opportunity wasted.

You might be comfortable accepting vague reassurances, but I prefer accountability and foresight. If you're not concerned now, I sincerely hope you won’t be the one sounding the alarm later when the capital raise comes to cover wasted burn.
